Your New Role

• Cloud Infrastructure Design & Deployment
• Deploy GCP IaaS solutions, including Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPCs, and Cloud Load Balancers.
• Manage compute instances, virtual machines (VMs), networking configurations, and associated resources.
• Set up virtual private clouds (VPC), firewalls, and load balancers to ensure secure and optimized traffic routing.

What you need to Succeed

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Cloud IaaS environments.
• Extensive experience with GCP Compute Engine(GKE & GCE- Must), Cloud Storage, and VPC networking.
• Strong background in virtualization, cloud networking, and server management.
• Experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, Deployment Manager, or CloudFormation.

Technical expertise required for the role:

• Deep understanding of Google Cloud Platform services related to IaaS (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, VPCs, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows server management in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and virtualization technologies (e.g., KVM, VMware).
• Familiarity with cloud security practices, including IAM, encryption, and network security.

Good to have:

• GCP certifications such as Google Professional Cloud Architect or Google Professional Cloud Network Engineer.
