Key Responsibilities:

• Develop visually engaging designs for presentations, marketing materials, reports, and digital assets in alignment with brand guidelines.

• Translate complex information and written content into clean, clear, and visually impactful designs.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments to understand project objectives and deliver on design requirements.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail.

• Take ownership of the full design lifecycle — from concept to final execution — with minimal supervision.

• Contribute to the evolution and consistency of the brand’s visual identity.

• Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a corporate or multinational setting.

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work, including both print and digital media.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.

• Demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing feedback constructively.

• Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle projects with minimal supervision.

• Attention to detail and a passion for design excellence.

• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools is a bonus.
