Job Description
Our client is a premier owner and operator of high-value commercial assets in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), managing a diversified portfolio across eight countries.
With headquarters based in Bucharest and regional offices supporting operations throughout CEE, the company is known for its dynamic growth, transparent governance, and strong market leadership in the real estate sector.
Work Style: Hybrid (1–2 days remote work per week)
Role Highlights

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit IFRS financial statements for Romanian operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports within agreed timelines.
- Ensure consistency in IFRS application across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
- Support reporting requirements for listings on three major stock exchanges.
- Conduct variance analysis and explain deviations from budgets and forecasts.
- Review annual statutory financial statements.
- Support both internal and external audit processes.
- Collaborate with finance teams across the CEE region and the Netherlands.
- Deliver ad-hoc financial reports and analysis for senior leadership.
- Coordinate financial data consolidation across multiple group entities.
Technical Skills & Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and preparation of financial statements.
- Previous audit and/or financial reporting experience (Big 4 background considered a plus).
- Familiarity with reporting requirements for listed companies is an advantage.
- Solid Microsoft Excel and BI tool proficiency.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (preferred) or similar ERP systems.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on reporting process optimization.
- Ability to communicate complex financial data to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
