A well established company is looking for a strong Legal Director with minimum 14 years' experience focused on international transactions, regulatory compliance, and cross-border legal strategy to manage international legal operations and support the global business strategy, you will be responsible for:
- Lead legal strategy for international transactions, joint ventures, and cross-border deals.
- Ensure compliance with global laws, including trade regulations, data privacy (GDPR, CCPA), and industry standards.
- Advise on international contracts, negotiations, and dispute resolution.
- Manage legal risks in foreign markets and guide international business development.
- Oversee global litigation, arbitration, and disputes with external counsel.
- Lead and mentor a team of international legal professionals.
