Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2B Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team, driving both lead generation and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in growth marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), and sales enablement, coupled with experience in managing diverse marketing teams across various channels. The Marketing Manager will also oversee social media activities, manage a team of graphic designers, ad account managers, and other marketing professionals/ agencies. Preference would be given to someone with an experience in a product-based manufacturing and services B2B company.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Lead Generation:
1.Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to generate high-quality leads, utilizing growth marketing methodologies.
2.Implement and optimize account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target key accounts and maximize engagement.
Sales Funnel Management:
3.Lead initiatives to enable sales teams through the development and implementation of sales enablement strategies.
4.Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, contributing to revenue targets.
Media Channels Management:
5.Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various media channels, including traditional media, digital ads, and social media.
6.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
Team Leadership:
7.Lead and manage a cross-functional group marketing team, including growth marketers, ABM specialists, social media specialists, graphic designers, ad account managers and agencies.
8.Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Social Media Management:
9.Develop and implement social media strategies for each business unit, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
10.Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and platforms to leverage emerging opportunities.
Growth Marketing:
11.Drive growth marketing initiatives, utilizing data-driven strategies to maximize customer acquisition and retention.
12.Explore relevant opportunities through various media channels for the sales team.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
13.Develop and execute ABM strategies to target key accounts and decision-makers, collaborating with the sales team for personalized outreach.
Sales Enablement:
14.Implement sales enablement strategies, providing sales teams with the tools, content, and training necessary to drive success.
Budget Management:
15.Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI.
16.Monitor expenses, analyze variances, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve financial goals.
