About the Role
As Growth Marketer, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition and revenue across all our marketing channels and initiatives. You will design, implement and track campaigns to expand our user base across products and services. You will identify and drive growth loops for organic growth and virality, and work across teams to enable access to high-quality mental healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
● Own the growth strategy & roadmap for the firm, including the identification of growth levers and channels
● Make data-driven decisions on the allocation of marketing budgets, enabled by tracking CAC, LTV, ROI and other key metrics
● Establish and manage channels for organic long-term growth (including referrals, events,
partnerships, etc.)
● Own and execute performance marketing initiatives, including managing digital marketing and advertising spend
● Design, execute, manage and evaluate marketing campaigns across channels
● Collaborate with the product team to optimize landing pages and user funnels
Skills & Qualifications
● 3-4 years of work experience in growth and/or marketing (D2C brand preferred)
