Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
- Masters degree in Nursing .
- 3 years of experience in the same Field and same position as head nurse.
- Dataflow is a must.
- Saudi license holder is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
Nationalities needed : South Africa ,American , British, Western,Australia.
Job description and responsibilities
- Ensure that excellent patient care is provided by a nursing staff of sufficient number and competency to meet patient needs.
- Deliver Care is in an environment that is healthy, healing and respectful to all patients, visitors and staff.
- Provide quality customer service to patients of all ages, their families, visitors, medical staff, clinicians and co-workers, ensuring that everyone will be treated courteously, quickly and with respect.
- Maintains an environmental control plan, coordinate materials management for the department, assist in monitoring clinic activities.
- Responsible for staff assignments, patient flow .
- Act as a role model, clinical resource and advocate for nursing staff.
- Providing frontline nursing care, as required.
- Take a leadership role in the promotion of quality patient care and the implementation of operational priorities.
- Apply knowledge and skills, advanced judgment and clinical experience.
- Assist in providing solutions for complex health care issues at all levels with patients, interprofessional teams, administrators and policy makers.
- Providing safe, quality patient and family centered care while reflecting the shared vision and values of the hospital.
- Ensures the effective delivery of competent, compassionate, and efficient patient care by planning, organizing, and directing the nursing services of unit(s), including the assessment of patients, implementation of physicians' orders, treatment plans and medical procedures, administration of medication and record keeping of same as well as by monitoring and evaluating patient care processes and outcomes for the patient care unit.
- Coordinates nursing activities with those of other services or disciplines.
- Demonstrates clinical competency in assigned specialty area role models nursing practice consistent with the organizational and department mission, vision and values.
- Assume responsibility for accessing and utilizing appropriate date in order to monitor unit operations.
- Accountable for achieving patient and staff satisfaction targets for the organization and unit of responsibility.
- Develop, implement and evaluate process improvement projects/process in order to continually monitor and improve patient care.
