Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role within the AdTech domain.

Technical Proficiency:
o Advanced skills in Angular, React, Python, MySQL, and MongoDB.
o Hands-on experience in AI/ML development and backend architecture.
o Proficiency in DevOps/MLOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and cloud services.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage, mentor, and grow development teams.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a solution- driven mindset.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Tools: Expertise in Git for version control and familiarity with agile project management tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Prior experience in a startup or fast-growing company, preferably in AdTech.
