Responsibilities:

• Process Oversight: Monitor and ensure adherence to tube manufacturing processes.
• Productivity Improvement: Manage production efficiency and drive productivity enhancements.
• Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement 3-month plans with Head Planning and EVP; manage raw material levels.
• Maintenance and Quality: Ensure equipment uptime and conduct quality reviews with Production and Operations, with EVP support.
• New Product and Productivity: Oversee new product feasibility and optimize layouts for better productivity.
• Performance and Inventory: Analyse performance metrics, optimize stock levels based on demand.
• Team Leadership and Values: Guide and motivate HODs, promote company's values, and uphold quality and safety standards.

Job Requirements:

• Qualification: B.Tech/BE in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: 15+ years in manufacturing, ideally around 45 years of age.
• Technical Knowledge: Proficient in mechanical and electrical maintenance, raw material planning, and new product implementation.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze metrics, optimize inventory, and enhance productivity.
