Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the planning and procurement functions, aligning them with the overall business objectives and goals.
2. Accept 100% orders and maintain 97% On time Delivery.
3. Develop tools to have accurate timely data and use of constant PDCA tool (Plan Do Check Act) to achieve targets.
4. Liaise with Business Development Head / CBO for the order management and costing functions to ensure efficient buying of quality raw materials like mesh, laces, etc.
5. Lead and manage the planning and procurement teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance and professional development.
6. Oversee the procurement process from sourcing to contract negotiation, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards. To ensure placing order to CKD/SKD factories within stipulated timeframe and raise claims on FE factories for shortages/rejections and obtain credit/refunds from them. Also ensure system of insurance claims
7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and sales, to understand their requirements and develop procurement strategies that meet their needs.
