Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the planning and procurement functions, aligning them with the overall business objectives and goals.
- Accept 100% orders and maintain 97% On time Delivery.
- Develop tools to have accurate timely data and use of constant PDCA tool (Plan Do Check Act) to achieve targets.
- Liaise with Business Development Head / CBO for the order management and costing functions to ensure efficient buying of quality raw materials like mesh, laces, etc.
- Lead and manage the planning and procurement teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure optimal performance and professional development.
- Oversee the procurement process from sourcing to contract negotiation, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards. To ensure placing order to CKD/SKD factories within stipulated timeframe and raise claims on FE factories for shortages/rejections and obtain credit/refunds from them. Also ensure system of insurance claims
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and sales, to understand their requirements and develop procurement strategies that meet their needs.
