The selected candidate must have solid experience in labor relations and industrial environments, with the ability to manage all HR administrative processes, including payroll, personnel management, and coordination with external advisors.
Main Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Human Resources management in the factory, ensuring compliance with policies and labor regulations.
Supervision of payroll (outsourced payroll management), ensuring proper communication with the labor consultancy.
Labor relations: liaising with workers' committees, conflict resolution, and application of current regulations.
Personnel administration: contracts, registrations, terminations, attendance control, vacations, and labor documentation management.
Coordination with legal advisors and external consultants regarding labor law and strategic advice.
Supervision of Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) in collaboration with the prevention service.
Management of employee training and development in line with the company's strategy.
Optimization of HR processes to improve efficiency and team productivity.
Requirements:
Minimum experience of 5-10 years in similar positions in an industrial/factory environment.
Solid knowledge of labor relations and Spanish labor law.
Experience in payroll management, even if outsourced.
Fluency in English (mandatory) for communication with headquarters and international teams.
Knowledge of HR management tools and ERPs.
Own vehicle (mandatory) to access the facilities.
