Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR and Talent Experience Specialist to join our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for blending HR functions with an emphasis on talent experience and employer branding.
- This role involves creating and maintaining a positive employer brand image, supporting employee onboarding, managing HR documentation, and more.
- The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of HR experience, including exposure to Employer Branding and onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Culture & Branding:
- Develop and maintain the company's employer branding strategy.
- Promote our employer brand through various channels, including social media, events, and partnerships.
- Monitor and manage employee reviews and ratings on employer branding platforms.
- Work closely with marketing to align external brand and internal culture.
HR Functions:
- Collaborate with HR team to support onboarding and orientation processes.
- Assist in the development and management of HR policies and procedures.
- Manage HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Contribute to employee engagement and retention strategies.
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interviews.
- Support the development of job descriptions and job advertisements.
- Work with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Address employee queries and issues in a professional and confidential manner.
- Provide guidance on HR-related matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of HR experience with a focus on Employer Branding.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Understanding of current HR trends and best practices.
Workstyle:
- This position is primarily office-based, with the flexibility to work remotely 1-2 days per month.
- Flexible work hours to accommodate personal needs.
