- Strategic Support: Assist in developing and executing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Transformation Projects: Support HR transformation initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Project Management: Manage HR projects, including planning, execution, and progress reporting.
- Data Analysis: Analyze HR data for insights and strategic recommendations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders to align HR strategies and projects.
- Change Management: Support efforts to manage organizational change and transitions.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement HR process improvements for better efficiency.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports on HR strategy, transformation, and PMO activities for senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
- Master’s degree in HR is a plus.
- Project Management certification is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in project/program management or HR transformation.
- In-depth knowledge of program management.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and project management tools.
- Experience in end-to-end program management and design.
- Strong written and verbal proficiency in Arabic and English (Arabic optional).
