We are seeking an experienced Regional HR Director with over 15 years of proven expertise in human resources management, preferably in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the HR function, developing strategic initiatives, and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with the company's global objectives. This role requires a strong leader who can oversee all HR operations, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance, in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy to drive performance and innovation.
- Talent Management: Oversee the end-to-end talent management process, including workforce planning, recruitment, development, and retention of top talent.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster a positive company culture by enhancing employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through effective communication and HR policies.
- Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems that promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- HR Compliance & Legal: Ensure all HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations, as well as international standards.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Lead initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
- Change Management: Provide leadership during organizational changes, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
- Compensation & Benefits: Manage and optimize compensation strategies, benefits programs, and employee wellness initiatives.
- HR Technology: Leverage HR technology and data analytics to drive decision-making and improve HR processes.
- Leadership Development: Mentor and coach the HR team, ensuring continuous growth and development.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the IT or tech industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in strategic HR leadership, with the ability to influence and drive initiatives at an executive level.
- Global Experience: Experience working in multinational organizations with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.
- Expertise in IT Industry: Knowledge of HR challenges specific to the IT sector, including talent shortages, remote working policies, and tech-driven HR solutions.
- Strong Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to leverage data for HR insights and decision-making.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong focus on results.
