Job Description
Role will include:
- Developing and implementing the company’s HR structure;
- Managing the performance evaluation process;
- Managing C&b.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an HR Manager;
- Knowledge of HR structuring, performance evaluation, and compensation and benefits systems;
- Ability to develop and implement HR processes and strategies;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Experience working with large teams and in dynamic environments.
Working conditions
- This position is full time regular job and is supposed to 8.30 – 17.30 pm;
- Work location is Almaty city and can have business trip if necessary;
- The organization structure may change depending on the growth of the company, and the position and duties may rise accordingly.
