Key Responsibilities:

Oversee goal-setting, performance evaluations, and feedback collection to drive continuous improvement.

Ensure timely execution of performance appraisals, managing timelines and stakeholder communication.

Support salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and salary structure maintenance.

Process salary adjustments, promotions, bonuses, and incentive payouts in line with company policies.

Manage benefits & pensions enrollments, modifications, and terminations while coordinating with external vendors.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and data protection regulations.

Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, providing professional and solutions-oriented support.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in HR service delivery, compensation, or benefits administration.
-
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, labor laws, and data management.
-
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
-
Fluency in Arabic & English.
