Responsibilities:

• Assess training needs and develop training programs.

• Design and deliver training sessions and workshops.

• Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements.

• Maintain training records and documentation.

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure training alignment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HR training and development.

• Strong understanding of training principles and methodologies.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Relevant degree in human resources, education, or a related field.
