Responsibilities:

• Implementing and integrating HR strategy into the business processes of the division.
• Managing personnel, including development, retention, onboarding, and motivation of employees.
• Participating in organizational structure analysis and planning.
• Coordinating and conducting activities related to employee evaluation and competency development.
• Contributing to the design and implementation of engagement and corporate culture programs.
• Addressing labor law issues and collaborating with the legal department.
• Liaising with centers of expertise (recruitment, training, compensation, and benefits) to execute HR initiatives.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as an HRBP.
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment and quickly adapt to changes.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to establish effective collaboration with leaders at various levels.
• Higher education (preferably in HR management, psychology, or economics).
