Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Implementing and integrating HR strategy into the business processes of the division.
- Managing personnel, including development, retention, onboarding, and motivation of employees.
- Participating in organizational structure analysis and planning.
- Coordinating and conducting activities related to employee evaluation and competency development.
- Contributing to the design and implementation of engagement and corporate culture programs.
- Addressing labor law issues and collaborating with the legal department.
- Liaising with centers of expertise (recruitment, training, compensation, and benefits) to execute HR initiatives.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an HRBP.
- Ability to work in a multitasking environment and quickly adapt to changes.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to establish effective collaboration with leaders at various levels.
- Higher education (preferably in HR management, psychology, or economics).
