Job Description
Обязанности:
- Development and implementation of HR strategies to support the business goals of production;
- Managing recruitment, adaptation, training and development processes;
Advising managers and employees on HR policies, procedures and legal requirements; - Conducting employee performance evaluations, developing and implementing plans for employee development and professional development;
Participating in the development of corporate culture and maintaining a positive working climate; - Evaluating the management of HR processes and performance, conducting regular evaluations and feedback;
- Developing and implementing employee motivation and retention programs;
- Analyzing HR data and preparing reports for the company's management;
- Participation in projects on automation of HR processes and constant internal communication.
Требования:
- Higher education in HR, psychology, economics or relevant disciplines;
- At least 3-5 years' experience in an HR Business Partner or meaningful position, with experience in food production, retail, pharma, etc;
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR processes;
- Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and projects;
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions;
- Ability to work effectively in a team and build trusting relationships with employees at all levels.
