Responsibilities:

• Full-cycle recruitment: from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
• Developing and implementing HR strategies aimed at improving corporate culture and performance.
• Organizing and conducting employee training and development programs.
• Managing employee performance evaluation processes.
• Developing and implementing employee motivation and retention programs.
• Preparing and maintaining employment contracts and handling personnel records.
• Advising management and employees on labor law and corporate policies.
• Collaborating with external service providers to support HR operations.
• Monitoring employee satisfaction and assisting in conflict resolution.
• Managing compensation and benefits programs.

Requirements:

• Higher education in HR management, psychology, economics, or related fields.
• At least 5+ years of HR experience, preferably as the sole HR specialist.
• Strong knowledge of labor law, recruitment, employee performance evaluation, and motivation.
• Experience with various HR systems and tools.
• Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and make independent decisions.
• Proficiency in English is an must.
