Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment: from candidate sourcing to onboarding.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies aimed at improving corporate culture and performance.
- Organizing and conducting employee training and development programs.
- Managing employee performance evaluation processes.
- Developing and implementing employee motivation and retention programs.
- Preparing and maintaining employment contracts and handling personnel records.
- Advising management and employees on labor law and corporate policies.
- Collaborating with external service providers to support HR operations.
- Monitoring employee satisfaction and assisting in conflict resolution.
- Managing compensation and benefits programs.
Requirements:
- Higher education in HR management, psychology, economics, or related fields.
- At least 5+ years of HR experience, preferably as the sole HR specialist.
- Strong knowledge of labor law, recruitment, employee performance evaluation, and motivation.
- Experience with various HR systems and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and make independent decisions.
- Proficiency in English is an must.
