Position Overview

A strategic HSE Professional is sought to lead comprehensive environmental, health, and safety initiatives in a dynamic organizational setting. The role demands expertise in risk management, regulatory compliance, and safety culture development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic HSE leadership aligned with company safety standards
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, Aramco HSERM, and regional regulations
• Coordinate HSE meetings and manage incident investigations
• Implement and maintain operational safety systems
• Manage emergency response efforts and serve as a litigation subject matter expert
• Lead staff development through hiring, training, and performance management

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations or Engineering (Master's preferred)
• 10+ years of environmental health and safety experience
• 5+ years of HSE leadership experience
• Proven regulatory and compliance expertise in the Oil and Gas Industry

• CPR

• IADC Rig Pass Certified Trainer

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
