Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist with at least 4+ years of experience specifically in the IT and Automotive software industry. The successful candidate will support the HR department and work closely with the HR Manager and Operational Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing potential candidates for various roles
- Scheduling and conducting interviews
- Creating offer letters and employment contracts, as well as handling terminations and resignations
- Maintaining and updating HR databases
- Providing feedback to candidates
- Managing time-sheets
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with company needs
- Keeping the company website and LinkedIn page updated with current job openings
Qualifications:
- Mandatory experience in the IT domain and Automotive software industry
- 4+ years of HR experience
- Proven track record in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Critical thinker with attention to detail and good judgment
- Fluent in English
- A proactive "hunter" profile, dedicated to finding the right talent
- Desire for continuous improvement and innovative thinking
