Job Title: Information Security Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to lead and manage enterprise-wide security initiatives, ensuring the protection of systems, networks, and sensitive data. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in information security principles, industry standards, and be capable of executing security projects within a large organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and execute security projects across the organization
• Implement and ensure compliance with security standards such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS
• Oversee and drive BCP & DR drills for systems and applications
• Manage security architecture reviews and vulnerability assessments, including penetration testing
• Collaborate with senior management to gain support for security initiatives
• Drive cross-departmental collaboration to ensure effective security practices across the organization
• Handle complex security change projects and manage risk assessments

Eligibility Criteria:

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in information security
• A technical degree (BE or equivalent)

Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of data security, key management, and PIN encryption
• Strong understanding of security frameworks, including ISO 27001 and PCI-DSS
• Experience in implementing and managing network security architecture, application security, and vulnerability management
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Proven ability to interact with senior leadership and ensure organizational buy-in for security initiatives
• Capable of managing tight deadlines and working under pressure
