Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, generating high-quality leads, and assisting the sales team in setting up meetings with key decision-makers. This role requires strong communication skills, research abilities, and a proactive approach to sales and lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach:

Identify potential clients within target industries through research and networking.

Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads.

Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract high-quality prospects.

Qualify leads by assessing their interest, business needs, and potential fit.

Sales Support & Pipeline Management:

Collaborate with the sales team to understand target segments and sales objectives.

Set up meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.

Assist in tracking leads through the sales pipeline and ensure smooth follow-ups.

Provide detailed insights and reports on lead conversion metrics.
Market Research & Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential business opportunities.

Analyze competitor strategies and recommend improvements in lead generation processes.

Utilize various databases, directories, and online platforms to source potential leads.
Communication & Relationship Building:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through effective communication.

Effectively handle objections and address client queries regarding company offerings.
Skills & Qualifications:

✔ Proven experience in lead generation, inside sales, or telesales (B2B preferred).
✔ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
✔ Experience using CRM tools and lead generation software.
✔ Strong organizational and time management skills.
