Our client is a rapidly growing one-stop corporate gift wholesaler who is opening a regional headquarter in Budapest. To support their mission, we are currently looking for Inside Sales Specialists for their South and Eastern European operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with our client-facing team members to collect requirements and define success metrics for fulfilment of client projects. Provide expert guidance during delivery by leveraging your knowledge of client service objectives and warehouse operation
2. Communicate project details between various internal teams and external suppliers to facilitate seamless execution.
3. Balance urgent, time-sensitive requests with ongoing, less critical projects.
4. Identify and escalate any issues or risks that require further supervision or assistance
5. Serve as a point of contact for customers and shipping carriers to resolve fulfilment issues. Manage and address customer concerns effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
6. Support other organizational administrative needs as assigned

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. 2+ years of experience in product support, operations support, or similar role.
3. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to solve complex problems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
4. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors.
5. Excellent communication skills to interact with individuals from diverse backgrounds and departments, demonstrating strong internal customer service abilities
6. Proficiency in using office software and good computer skills
7. Strong English and Romanian language skills
