Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and enhance business growth in the institutional sector.
- Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain robust relationships with institutional clients, including Mutual Funds, Insurance Companies, Banks, PMS, AIF, Pension Funds, and FIIS/FPIs.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential institutional clients through comprehensive market research, networking, and proactive outreach.
- Customized Solutions: Understand the investment strategies and objectives of institutional clients to provide tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with internal teams, including trading and operations, to ensure seamless service execution and delivery to institutional clients.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments that may impact institutional clients.
- Professional Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and reports to institutional clients, showcasing the value proposition and benefits of our services.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with institutional clients, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics such as revenue, client retention, and market share, providing regular reports to management.
- Ethical Standards: Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct in all interactions with institutional clients, adhering to industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- 8 - 18 years of relevant experience in institutional sales and broking.
- Strong network and relationships within the institutional investment community.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory environments.
