Key Responsibilities:
Content Development scope: Candidates from BFSI Industry who also have experience in developing soft skills and behavioral programs.
Content Creation: Develop comprehensive training materials, including course outlines, presentations, manuals, e-learning module storyboard, and assessments, tailored to meet the needs of both classroom and online learners.
Instructional Design: Apply instructional design methodologies to create content that enhances learning experiences and outcomes. Utilize your instructional design certification to ensure best practices are followed in the creation of training materials.
Curriculum Development: Design and develop structured curricula that align with organizational goals and learning objectives, ensuring consistency and coherence across all training materials.
Content Review & Quality Assurance: Regularly review and update training materials to maintain relevance and accuracy. Ensure all content is clear, error-free, and adheres to instructional design standards.
Collaboration with SMEs: Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather content, validate information, and ensure the accuracy of technical and specialized training materials.
Workshop Facilitation: Occasionally lead or support the facilitation of classroom training sessions and TTTS
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Certification:
Certification in Instructional Design desired not mandatory
Technical Skills:
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for content delivery and tracking.
Familiarity with multimedia editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is desirable.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
Salary Range: 6 - 8 lacs CTC
