Position Overview – Integrated Planning Leader
➢ This role exists in our Marketing Central Planning team which is part of SCM - IPCG [Integrated Planning & Controlling Group] department.
➢ We are seeking a skilled and experienced Central – Integrated Planning leader to join our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
➢ Integrated Production Planning
➢ Demand Replenishment
➢ Production Scheduling
➢ Inventory Control
➢ Strategic & Tactical Planning
➢ Capacity Optimisation
➢ Create Line / Locational Flexibility for Risk Mitigation and for better utilisation of capacity of all the products.
➢ Meet Inventory Norms for Finished Goods as per organization norms.
➢ Digitization of the Planning process
➢ Meet & achieve Billing as per Monthly circulated Plan
➢ Production Planning
➢ Annual Sales Plan Preparation (PSS)
➢ Strategy Plans
➢ Capacity planning & analysis

KEY REQUIREMENTS
➢ Proven experience in a senior Central Planning – Commercial role within the automobile industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
➢ Must have worked in an organization with commensurate scale of operations and managed a team.
➢ Excellent communication skills – oral and written and analytical skills
➢ SAP (HANA) exposure

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
➢ A bachelor’s degree (BTech), MBA preferred.
➢ Total professional experience should be at least 20 years.
