Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
-
Create User ID’s / Modify / Activate & Deactivate as per the user requests and processes laid down by the organization.
-
Control on day to day transactions in the system & system Audit
-
Regular tracking of all types of service requests and managing the deliveries of the same.
-
Having in depth knowledge of Home Loans/ Mortgage loans and accounting entries based on the transactions.
-
Handling Vendor Relationship is must.
-
GL Reconciliation, Payment Reconciliation, Receipts reconciliation preferable.
-
Monitoring the transactions and the reports on day to day basis.
-
Identifying the root cause of the issue reported and provide solution
-
Measures to be taken to avoid repetitive issues
-
End User support to ensure the adherence of TAT as per the SLA
-
Publish MIS of tickets and System Downtime to Reporting Manager & HOD
-
Master updation in the system as per the requirement of the management / Product / Policyteam
-
UAT for any every new functionality (Product/Module/Change/Enhancement)
-
Being Responsible for lending software or any other software of the organization
-
Co-ordination with vendor to get the deliverable as per schedule for any activity that may beassigned
-

Education and Work Experience Requirements:
-
Minimum Graduate, SQL Certification
-
2-5 years’ experience
-
For AM 6 years and above/project experience
-
For Manager 8 years and above/project experience
