Job Summary
The IT Manager – Customs ERP Implementation. Will guide the ERP deployment within the edible oil industry, ensuring streamlined operations across production, supply chain, and finance. This role requires effective project management, strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, and maintaining data integrity throughout the implementation. Mange all IT hardware, software and networking at HO and Factories through junior IT resources
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Lead end-to-end ERP implementation, including requirements gathering, configuration, and deployment.
· Coordinate with internal teams (production, finance, supply chain) and external vendors for timely project execution.
· Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective ERP adoption.
· Maintain compliance with industry standards and optimize ERP functionalities for process improvement.
· Look after plant IT team.
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
· Experience working on Batch Master, Data Man, Ramco, Infor ERP.
· 5+ years of ERP implementation experience in Edible oil industry
· Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics preferred.
· Strong project management skills, ideally with PMP or equivalent certification
