Technical Expertise:
Extensive experience with Java or .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core).
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
Professional Experience:
12-20 years of experience in IT project management.
Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale IT projects.
Experience in leading cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Manage project resources, timelines, and milestones.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams.
Facilitate collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Conduct regular team meetings and progress reviews.
Technical Oversight:
Oversee the development and implementation of Java and .NET applications.
Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
Risk Management:
Identify, analyze, and manage project risks.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
