Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies for AIDC solutions, including RFID, Barcode, Biometrics, and Wireless technologies, to meet revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored technology solutions.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to drive strategic business decisions.
Requirements:

Proven sales experience (1–3 years) in AIDC technologies such as RFID, Barcode, and Biometric systems or wireless solutions.

Strong knowledge of AIDC trends, applications, and technologies across industries.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills to present and close deals effectively.

Proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office suite for sales management and reporting.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
