Responsibilities

Oversee the operation and support (2nd & 3rd level) of workplace IT services and Unified Communication & Collaboration platforms.

Ensure service availability and optimization.

Lead a cross-site team with a focus on collaboration and motivation (technical leadership without disciplinary authority).

Design and implement operating concepts for workplace and collaboration tools.

Develop efficient processes for knowledge sharing and documentation.

Ensure compliance with SLAs and continuously improve operational processes.
Requirements
-
Degree in computer science or equivalent professional qualification.

Practical expertise in the areas of Workplace and UCC, ideally familiar with Windows 10, Blackberry UEM, Skype for Business, VMware Horizon, SharePoint, Exchange and/or Lotus Notes.

Strong expertise in workplace IT systems and collaboration tools.

Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Methodical and goal-oriented approach to IT service development and operations.

Fluent in English and German.
