Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Japanese Bilingual SAP FICO Manager / Sr. Manager to lead and manage SAP implementation projects within the Finance domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP FICO module implementation(S4 HANA), extensive finance domain expertise, proven team management skills, and proficiency in Japanese (JLPT Level N3 or above). This role demands an innovative, analytical, and results-oriented professional who can bridge the gap between technical solutions and financial business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. SAP Implementation Leadership:

• Lead end-to-end SAP FICO (S4 HANA) implementation projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into SAP solutions.
• Oversee system configurations, customizations, testing, and deployment processes.

1. Finance Domain Expertise:

• Leverage in-depth knowledge of financial processes, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
• Provide strategic financial insights and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

1. Team Management:

• Manage and mentor a team of SAP consultants and finance professionals.
• Foster collaboration among team members, encouraging professional development and continuous improvement.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet project goals.

1. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment of SAP solutions with business objectives.
• Conduct workshops, presentations, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.

1. Japanese Language Proficiency:

• Utilize Japanese language skills to communicate effectively with Japanese-speaking stakeholders, clients, and team members.
• Translate technical and business documents as needed to facilitate smooth communication.

1. Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on the latest SAP technologies, financial regulations, and best practices.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to optimize financial operations and system performance.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Finance, MBA (Finance), CPA, CFA, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including significant experience in SAP FICO implementation projects.
• Strong finance domain knowledge and understanding of accounting principles.
• Proven experience in leading and managing diverse teams.
• Japanese Language Certification (JLPT Level N3 or above) is mandatory.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
