Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and Development:

  • Build innovative and high-quality software solutions within a self-organizing, cross-functional agile team.
  • Translate technical designs into working solutions and elaborate on user stories into coding tasks.
  • Ensure quality by performing peer code reviews.

• Agile Collaboration:

  • Work closely with team members in planning sessions, backlog refinement, and user story estimation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement within the Agile development process.

• Mentoring and Leadership:

  • Guide and mentor junior team members, helping them grow their skills and confidence.

• Production and Support:

  • Be proactive in resolving production issues.
  • Play a key role in release management and deployment.

• Communication:

  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders and clients to understand and meet their requirements.

Skills Required

       Experience range of 2 to 4 years      

• Proficiency in Java (v17) and JavaScript (including VueJS)
• Experience with unit testing using JUnit (including complex mocking).
• Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Expertise in developing and utilizing APIs (Jersey).
• Strong experience with MS SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience in continuous integration and deployment workflows.
• A solid understanding of DevSecOps practices.
