Their commitment to innovation and quality service sets them apart in the competitive automotive finance market.Position Overview: The Financial and Insurance Consultant will play a key role in providing expert financial advice, supporting dealership sales teams with financing processes, and assisting clients with post-sales inquiries. This role involves fostering strong client relationships, ensuring the effective presentation of financial offerings, and analyzing sales performance at the dealership level. The consultant will also be responsible for managing financial software, generating performance reports, and continuously supporting sales teams with updates on financial products and promotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer financial consultancy regarding financing and insurance products within the automotive financial services portfolio.
- Support dealership sales teams in processing financing applications.
- Assist customers in resolving post-sales issues and inquiries.
- Ensure the optimal placement and presentation of promotional materials within the showroom.
- Provide guidance and support to sales teams regarding the company's financial products, offers, special promotions, and campaigns.
- Present and implement all available financial products from the company's portfolio.
- Maintain and develop relationships with clients within the assigned region.
- Analyze vehicle sales performance at the dealership and recommend actions for improvement.
- Install and verify the functionality of the financial offer software for assigned sales teams.
- Prepare and present activity reports to supervisors.
- Collect and centralize activity data to assess performance indicators and propose corrective measures when needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive, finance, or leasing industry.
- Strong numerical skills and ability to interpret financial documents and reports.
- Proficiency in English.
- Advanced PC skills (MS Office).
- Excellent communication abilities, teamwork orientation, organizational skills, and a proactive approach.
- Valid driver’s license (Category B) is a plus but not mandatory.
