Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact potential clients, visit existing/potential clients, prepare and send offers, negotiate and finalize contracts.
- Record information related to contacts, clients, and construction sites.
- Maintain contact with the client during the execution of works and ensure their proper functioning.
- Ensure timely invoicing for completed activities.
- Develop the sales plan for the allocated area/division, agree and report to the Sales Director.
- Manage sales and services in the defined area, in line with Group’s policy and strategy.
- The primary objective is to apply the general sales strategy in the allocated area, ensuring the promotion and direct sale of the services offered by the organization.
- Plan and organize all sales-related activities for the allocated area.
- Coordinate the area under supervision as a profit center.
- Prospect the market to continuously identify and attract new clients/projects.
- Identify market opportunities and contact decision-makers.
- Establish and develop professional working relationships with all clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Provide technical and commercial assistance to clients and potential clients.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with main suppliers’ representatives.
- Learn the technical characteristics of the portfolio’s systems and products to provide complete services to beneficiaries.
- Identify and establish the technical solution for each project involving the Technical Department and suppliers.
- Create and draft price offers to clients together with the Technical/Quotation Department.
- Negotiate purchase prices with suppliers for important projects.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure the correct execution of contracts and agreements with portfolio clients.
- Ensure clients follow contractual financial terms and make timely payments.
- Periodically visit existing clients to obtain feedback after system application.
- Monitor the achievement of quarterly and annual sales plans.
- Strive to meet established KPIs.
- Propose action plans to increase sales and profitability in the area.
- Actively participate in internal meetings and be an active member of organized events.
- Provide current market analyses and continuously monitor competitors’ activities and market evolution to the organization’s top management.
- Use the ERP system as the primary method for managing each project’s stages.
- Plan all actions and visits in the ERP as part of the activity reporting system.
- Provide all necessary reports requested by superiors.
- Complete and submit expense reports and other requested documents on time.
- Ensure the accuracy of information provided to all departments within the company, partners, and clients.
- Maintain an optimal environment for good relationships between the organization’s departments.
- Follow the transfer procedure between the Sales Department and the Operational/Project Manager Department.
- Send necessary data for drafting client contracts to the back office as soon as possible.
- Maintain a favorable climate within the department/division for task fulfillment.
- Promote mutual respect, collaboration, and transparency within the department, in interactions with other departments, and with external individuals.
- Replace other sales department colleagues when necessary and handle requests in uncovered areas as time allows or as directed by the hierarchical superior.
- Ensure the achievement of the sales plan in the allocated area.
- Ensure the proper conduct of the sales process.
- Ensure the quality of periodic reports sent to the department manager.
- Comply with commercial legislation.
- Continuously work to increase personal professionalism and ensure a high standard of professionalism in department activities.
- Propose concrete measures to expand the technical-material base necessary for company activities.
- Comply with and ensure the achievement of objectives in line with the company’s strategy.
- Ensure the confidentiality of data related to sales figures, profit, competitor studies, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Completed higher education; Professional knowledge of sales trends at national and/or international levels for the company’s products/services.
- Minimum 1-year experience in a similar position (construction materials, sales).
- Forecasting and objective evaluation skills.
- Ability to formulate and communicate a clear vision.
- Judgment and the ability to solve complex problems.
- Negotiation, diplomacy, and tolerance skills.
- Analytical thinking and synthesis capacity.

- Category B driving license.
