Company Overview:
Our client is a leading company in the power tools accessories sector, focused on promoting their products. They are seeking a dynamic and motivated National Sales Representative to drive sales and establish strong relationships with B2B clients.Main Responsibilities:
- Sell and promote power tools accessories to various B2B clients.
- Achieve short- and medium-term sales objectives in alignment with company goals.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of products and competitor offerings.
- Present the company's products to customers, actively working to increase the active assortments.
- Participate in training sessions and presentations for both B2B and B2C customers.
- Conduct periodic analyses of customer performance, pricing, products, and competition.
- Regularly visit customers and stores to foster relationships and identify sales opportunities.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Basic knowledge of English and proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably in tools and accessories.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach.
- Proactive in problem-solving, regardless of the nature of the issue.
- Technical knowledge in mechanics, electricity, or heat engineering is a plus.
- Must have experience with production or distribution of tools and accessories (minimum 1 year).

- Meal ticket: 30 RON/day.
- Daily travel allowance: 50 RON/day.
Work Environment:
- This role requires extensive travel (2-3 weeks per month in the field, with one week in the office, which can be worked from home).
- Must be open to developing the consumables market with a fast rotation of products.
- Quarterly attendance at office meetings is required; location is not a primary concern.
