Job Description
Our client is an aspiring, rapidly growing wholesaler of promotional products, textile, and business gift market.
Key Account Assistant (Czech speaking)
Major tasks:
- Manage accounts across products/functions, conduct inquiries, review quotes and delivery dates;
- Monitor of deadlines and invoicing;
- Handle customer issues and complaints;
- Process purchase requisitions and initiate orders;
- Master data maintenance;
- Perform general organizational and administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in a customer facing role;
- BTL related marketing experience (printing, promotional gifts etc);
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and to meet deadlines consistently;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Agility with technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Fluent English and Czech/Slovak.
