Their commitment to innovation is evident through the integration of digital platforms that offer customized and seamless customer experiences.Position Overview: As a Key Account Manager (KAM) focusing on the Pharma and Insurance sectors, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities. This hybrid role requires strategic thinking, client management, and the ability to engage in dynamic fieldwork, including client visits, meetings, and corporate events. The role is 75% relationship-focused, requiring both in-person and remote interactions with key clients across the pharmaceutical and insurance sectors.Type of Work: Hybrid with a mix of fieldwork, office, and remote working options.Schedule: Flexibility depending on role requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients in the Pharma and Insurance sectors.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships by providing personalized, responsive service.
- Engage with clients through meetings, roundtable discussions, and business lunches to nurture relationships.
- Collaborate closely with internal customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
- Identify and secure new contracts with companies in the pharmaceutical sector, including hospitals and medical laboratories.
- Explore collaboration opportunities with insurance companies, developing both new and existing partnerships.
- Prospect new clients in non-medical sectors, such as telecommunications, to establish and grow relationships.
- Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and corporate offices associated with ongoing projects in the Pharma sector.
- Engage clients on-site to strengthen relationships and address any ongoing business needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue from existing Pharma clients and expand into the Insurance sector.
- Identify new business opportunities within your client portfolio and develop tailored approaches to meet objectives.
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in economics, medicine, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing B2B relationships, particularly with large-scale clients in the Pharma or Insurance sectors.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or insurance industries is highly valued, with additional experience in non-medical fields like telecommunications considered a plus.
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate complex conversations and interactions at multiple levels within client organizations.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify new business opportunities.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Proficient in English (intermediate/advanced level).
- Category B driving license is required.
