Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on legal matters.
• Drafting and analyzing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Representing clients' interests in government bodies and courts.
• Legal support for corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Providing recommendations on tax and corporate law issues.

Requirements:

• Higher legal education.
• At least 2 years of experience in the legal field (preferably in large law firms or business-side roles).
• Knowledge of civil, corporate, and tax legislation.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with clients.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
