Responsibilities:

Provide legal support of the Сompany activities and protects rights and interests of the Company in corporate governance;
Сonduct legal review of internal regulatory documents, agreements and any other documents;
Represent interests of the Company in its relations with the state, judicial agencies, profit-making and non-profit-making organizations;
Undertake claim administration;
Participate in negotiations to discuss terms and conditions of any agreements and/or contracts;
Perform the legal support in signing and fulfillment of the Company contracts (if necessary).

Our client an international company is looking for a Lawyer based in Almaty 

Requirements:

Higher legal education (Master's degree preferred);
At least 5 years of experience in legal sphere;
Work experience with foreign citizens and foreign companies;
Knowledge of the civil, labor, corporate and administrative laws and other fields of law;
Advanced level of English is a must.
