Job Purpose
The role holder will be responsible to lead the process of identifying suitable properties, managing the fit-out process, and ensuring the efficient operationalization of pre-schools. With 8-12 years of experience in real estate, property management, and project coordination, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of establishing and maintaining high-quality learning spaces for our young students.
Role and responsibilities
· Property Identification: Research, identify, and evaluate potential properties for pre-schools, considering location, accessibility, zoning, and suitability for educational purposes.
· Fit-Out Management: Oversee the design, planning, and execution of property fit-outs, ensuring they meet regulatory and educational standards, safety requirements, and the needs of students and staff.
· Budget Control: Develop and manage budgets for property fit-outs, tracking expenses and costs to ensure efficient use of resources.
· Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other vendors to ensure the successful completion of fit-out projects, negotiating contracts and managing project timelines.
· Licensing and Compliance: Ensure that properties and pre-schools meet all necessary licensing and compliance requirements, working closely with local authorities and regulatory bodies.
· Operationalization: Oversee the transition of properties to fully operational pre-schools, including setting up classrooms, facilities, and educational resources.
· Quality Assurance: Maintain and improve the quality of pre-school properties, continually seeking ways to enhance the learning environment.
· Team Leadership: Lead a team of property coordinators, project managers, and support staff, providing guidance and support throughout the property management process.
· Reporting: Prepare regular status reports on property identification, fit-out progress, and operationalization for company executives.
· Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including parents, teachers, and the community, to ensure a smooth process and address any concerns.
Experience and Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Property Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
· 8-12 years of experience in real estate, property management, or project coordination.
· Experience in fit-out and operationalization of educational spaces, such as pre-schools, is highly desirable.
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Knowledge of local regulations and compliance standards related to educational facilities.
· Proficiency in project management tools, ZOHO or equivalent CRM.
