Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Hiring:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions.
- Manage the onboarding process for new recruits.
• Employee Relations:
- Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Mediate disputes and handle disciplinary matters.
• Training and Development:
- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Identify training needs and develop learning and development initiatives.
• Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity.
- Administer payroll and related processes.
• Performance Management:
- Implement performance evaluation systems and provide feedback to employees.
- Manage employee performance issues and develop improvement plans.
Other Key Duties:
- Act as a liaison between management and employees.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters.
- Stay up to date with changes in labor laws and HR best practices.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations.
