· Have hired extensively across all levels of management and are just super at executing end to end TA processes.
· Understand the nuances the dynamics of diff skills and talent in the market and area able to proficiently develop a strategy for the organisation to fulfil its talent requirements.
· If you are well networked within the industry and are resourceful to quickly turn around urgent issues.
- Can lead and mentor a team (2-3 members currently) of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality recruitment processes and outcomes.
- Can and have developed creative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and partnerships with universities or industry associations.
- Have, in the past developed and maintained the organization's employer brand to attract top talent and differentiate the company in the market.
- Can track and analyse recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Can prepare regular reports and presentations on recruitment activities, hiring trends, and key performance indicators for senior leadership.
