Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support to the Contract Management team and Cluster Legal Director
• Assist bid teams during the tender process, including contractual and legal assessment
• Proactively manage litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution matters
• Advise on corporate law matters and regulatory compliance
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal agreements

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in international business law, either in a corporate environment or a law firm
• Law degree with strong knowledge of complex project structures and public tender processes
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
