Designation: Deputy Manager.

Experience: 7 - 9 years

Salary: Upto 15 Lacs

Location: Mumbai

Description:

• Standalone Legal resource i.e. having Legal qualification and Legal experience. (CS Associate Role to be kept out).
• Business Law, Corporate Law experience must.
• Business, Commercial Intellect essential.
• Agreement drafting, vetting including vendor agreements, customer agreements.
• Excellent Drafting Skills
• Clarity of thought and communication – speaking, listening, and comprehending.
• Business and Commercial Intellect i.e. be able to holistically look at/process subject-matter, and not only from a “legal” angle. Partner with cross functional teams to add value to the objective.
• International Law must, M&A experience: To the extent of ability to liaise with advisors, external agencies.

• Upto 9 years relevant experience with a recognized legal firm or Corporate, mid-sized or large.
• Good Law School in Mumbai or otherwise.
• Industries: Manufacturing, FMCG, Textiles.
• Not from Retail, Banking & Infra. industries.
• Max. of 1-2 years with a legal firm and that shouldn’t be their current job.
• No reportees.
