Your Role: Linux Expert
As a Linux Expert (m/f/d), you will play a central role in the development of modern defense systems. You will be the primary point of contact for all Linux-related topics and provide expertise to support our developers across different departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and assist in selecting and using appropriate development tools.
- Collaborate closely with IT to configure systems and standardize the tool landscape for projects.
- Ensure the implementation of a modern, revision-safe software toolchain and manage the archiving of development environments.
- Support Ansible-related tasks, including module creation, software packaging (e.g., RPM), and provide technical advice to IT teams on troubleshooting issues.
Your Profile
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Natural Sciences, or an equivalent IT-focused qualification.
- Extensive experience with Linux, ideally Red Hat.
- Passion for complex technical systems and strong analytical thinking skills.
- Team-oriented, communicative, and solution-driven working style.
- Proficiency in English, German (written and spoken).(min B2/C1)
