We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator for our client, a company active in the real estate industry located in Cluj.
Maintenance Coordinator - Facility
Location: Cluj
Work model: on-site
As a Maintenance Facility Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our office building. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient environment for all tenants, supporting daily operations and coordinating maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Building Operations Management
- Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the office building.
- Ensure all building systems are functioning optimally, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
Coordination with Service Providers:
- Liaise with service providers and contractors to schedule and supervise repairs and maintenance work
- Ensure timely completion of all maintenance tasks to minimize disruption to tenants.
Facility Inspections and Issue Resolution:
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and potential safety hazards.
- Address and resolve any issues promptly to maintain a high standard of building upkeep.
Space Planning and Allocation:
- Assist in planning and allocating office spaces to meet tenant needs and optimize building usage.
Tenant Management:
- Manage tenant requests and concerns, providing efficient and effective resolutions.
- Foster positive relationships with tenants to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
Support to Senior Facility Manager:
- Assist the Senior Facility Manager with various projects and administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide support in the planning and execution of facility improvements and upgrades.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Technical Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience in facility management, technical coordinator or a related role is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Hungarian language skills are highly desirable, but not mandatory.
