Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance
operations at our client’s automotive parts manufacturing plant in Ohio, close to Toledo.
This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of all plant equipment and
machinery, optimizing productivity, and minimizing downtime. The ideal candidate will
possess strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and experience in managing
maintenance teams within a high-paced, automotive manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field (preferred). Equivalent experience in a maintenance management role in automotive manufacturing is acceptable.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in an automotive parts manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and PLCs.

Leadership Abilities: Proven experience leading maintenance teams, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CMRP, OSHA safety certifications) are a plus.
